On the pleasantly clear evening of the 21st day of the 8th month, a raffle was held by the delightful Milene Mossflowyr. Many potions were raffled to the excited citizens who had gathered in the rainbow tent.

One such potion was auctioned off to the infamous Changeman Shadowlurk, a San we all know and love (or despise). A small rune inscribed crystal bottle was given to him at the bid of 5,200 gold. Eagerly, the San drank the bottle in one quick gulp the moment it was handed to him by Milene. A blank look spread over his face, to be quickly replaced by a look of firm purpose and resolve.

"I have this urge... To obey all laws!" Changeman exclaimed, much to the shock of all in attendance. "I need some shiny armor!" were the next words uttered. Disbelief marred the faces of everyone and several surprised glances were cast around. An outlaw, now a bastion of Law and Order? The thought was purely absurd.

The Usil Guide Calyx, who has been seated in the crowd stood and stepped forward. She looked upon the transformed San. In a quiet voice she asked, "Will you be my Knight?" quite certain that he would decline. It was a preposterous thought, to have a San in service to a Usil. "Gladly, my lady," was the reply given and he knelt before her. This, too, was greeted with disbelief.

The Usil then Knighted Changeman with an impromptu sword. Changeman rose, and then began to compliment Kithrael, the Guildmaster of Foresters, lecture Stanrar on Law, and swear by the name of Odarous. Is this transformation a clever act, or the honest to Odarous truth? Only time will tell.
